Evaluation, feasibility analysis and assessment of Financing requirements of the client and the project to be financed

• Arranging syndicated funds from domestic and local sources
• LAFL arranges both short term and long-term syndicated loan facilities
• LAFL also participates in syndications facilities
• As arranger LAFL:
  • Conducts due diligence
  • Prepares and float Information Memorandum (IM) as well as Financial Model (FM)
  • Gets onboard interested Financial Institutions in the arrangement
  • Coordinates paperwork, legal documentation, and disbursement before handing over to the Facility Agent
